SHIPPING POLICY
we use USPS priority mail to deliver all of our orders, so we unfortunately do not offer international shipping at the moment. we cannot be held accountable for any delays or issues due to USPS while it ships your order, and we do not offer refunds, returns, etc. because of USPS delays.

we strive to fulfill all of our orders as soon as possible, but if you want to expedite the process, we charge a 20% rush fee (to finish a project before an agreed-upon deadline).
Return & Exchange Policy
since all of our products are individually hand-lettered, we do not offer returns or refunds.
if the product arrives damaged or otherwise incorrect, we are so sorry for the inconvenience and want to fix it as soon as possible. please contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt, and we'll take it care of it!
